An energy consumption sliding block is arranged between the energy consumption plates, friction protruding blocks are arranged on the two sides of the energy consumption sliding block, the energy consumption plates penetrate through the rod-shaped component, and the axis direction of the rod-shaped component is parallel to the distance adjusting direction of the energy consumption plates.
