The extending auxiliary structure comprises an extending plate, the lower portion, close to the side face of the wheel set movable wheel, of the extending plate is connected with the wheel set assembly through two connecting pieces, a pedal is rotationally connected into a rotating groove in the side face of the extending plate, and two supporting rods are movably connected to the opposite sides of a rotating shaft in the pedal. The extension auxiliary structure and the joint control structure are arranged, the flood control can be executed, meanwhile, the rise of the flood is detected, automatic extension of the flood control plate is achieved, and after the extension plate extends upwards, a temporary platform aqueduct can be quickly built above the flood for temporary rescue of rescue personnel, so that the rescue efficiency is improved.
