The invention discloses a drainage device with a flood discharge function. The drainage device comprises a hole body and a lock chamber which are arranged in a mountain body on one side of a retaining dam; the water inlet of the hole body is communicated with the reservoir, and the water outlet is communicated with the water inlet of the lock chamber; the lock chamber comprises a middle separation pier, and the middle separation pier divides the lock chamber into a flood discharge sub-lock chamber and a water discharge sub-lock chamber which are arranged side by side. The sluice chamber at the outlet of the tunnel body is optimized, the water discharge sub-sluice chamber and the flood discharge sub-sluice chamber are designed to be arranged in one sluice chamber, different sluice gates are opened according to different water level conditions and actual requirements, water flow is controlled to flow out, and the sluice chamber of the tunnel body has the flood discharge function and the ecological water discharge function. Therefore, the structure has the flood discharge and ecological water discharge functions, the problem that in the prior art, the coordination difficulty between the construction progress of a plurality of independently-arranged water conservancy facilities is large is solved, the project amount and the blasting excavation amount are greatly reduced, and remarkable economic benefits and environmental benefits are achieved.
