A water surface greasy dirt treatment device based on bionic propulsion comprises a greasy dirt treatment ship body, a driving mechanism is arranged at the tail of the greasy dirt treatment ship body, a web connecting shaft extending into water downwards is arranged on the driving mechanism, and bionic webs are arranged at the lower end of the web connecting shaft; an unwinding drum and a winding drum are arranged at the top of the oil stain treatment ship body, oil absorption cloth is wound on the unwinding drum, and the oil absorption cloth downwards bypasses the bottom of the oil stain treatment ship body and then is wound on the winding drum; and the winding drum is connected with the driving device for winding operation. By the adoption of the structure, bionic web type propelling is adopted, the breaking and diffusion degree of oil stains on the water surface is reduced, and continuous treatment of the oil stains on the water surface through the oil absorption cloth is achieved in a winding and unwinding mode.
