Deep foundation pit outer wall and diaphragm wall backfill tamping device and method
The invention provides a deep foundation pit outer wall and diaphragm wall backfill tamping device and method. The deep foundation pit outer wall and diaphragm wall backfill tamping device and method are used for tamping soil in a narrow and deeper backfill area between a building body and an enclosure wall layer by layer. In general, the device comprises a crane, a bearing bridge, an ejection device and a heavy hammer, the crane is located on the outer side of a foundation pit on the ground surface, the end of a suspension arm of the crane is located above a backfill area of the foundation pit, one end of the bearing bridge is fixedly arranged, the other end of the bearing bridge penetrates into the backfill area of the foundation pit, the ejection device is hung on the bearing bridge, and the heavy hammer is arranged on the lower side of the ejection device. A lifting rope of the lifting arm penetrates through the bearing bridge and the ejection device and then lifts the heavy hammer. According to the device and the method, a crane hoists the heavy hammer to move upwards and extrudes the ejection device, the ejection device accumulates force, and when hoisting power is cut off, the heavy hammer accelerates to fall under the gravity of the heavy hammer and the elastic force of the ejection device. The falling acceleration of the heavy hammer is compensated through the ejection device, the tamping force is larger, the tamping efficiency is higher, and the tamping density and consistency are controllable.
