Anti-seismic liftable rigid and flexible composite foundation
The invention discloses an anti-seismic lifting type rigid and flexible composite foundation which sequentially comprises a counter-force foundation, a damping foundation, an isolating layer and a lifting adjusting foundation from bottom to top. The counter-force foundation and the lifting foundation are both made of flexible foundation materials; the damping foundation is made of rigid foundation materials and comprises a plurality of detachable damping foundation units arranged alternately in the horizontal direction and a plurality of bearing damping foundation units. The isolating layer is made of a high-toughness waterproof molecular material; when repairing is needed, the isolating layer and the lifting foundation are excavated out; then, all the detachable damping foundation units are detached, and jacking equipment is installed at the positions where the detachable damping foundation units are detached; the building structure is jacked and leveled through jacking equipment, and meanwhile, the damping foundation is gradually lifted and built to a new height; and finally, backfilling an isolating layer and lifting a foundation. The application of the device can protect the upper project from being damaged, and the life and property safety guarantee degree is greatly improved.
