The dry connection frame joint structure comprises a prefabricated column, a grouting sleeve is embedded in the lower end of the prefabricated column, and a column longitudinal bar penetrates out of the upper end of the prefabricated column; between every two adjacent prefabricated columns, the lower end of one prefabricated column is sleeved with the grouting sleeve of the other prefabricated column; reserved steel bar hole channels are formed in the two sides of the prefabricated column, and beam top longitudinal steel bars are fixedly connected into the reserved steel bar hole channels; a U-shaped groove is formed in the whole inner section of the precast beam, and a laminated layer with a certain thickness is reserved on the upper portion of the precast beam; the prefabricated beam is placed on a beam support of the prefabricated column, the beam top longitudinal steel bars stretch into the U-shaped grooves, and the U-shaped grooves, the laminated layer and the beam top longitudinal steel bars are cast in place together with concrete to form a whole with the prefabricated column. The beam bottom longitudinal steel bars do not stretch out of the beam ends, indirect lap joint force transmission is adopted for replacing direct stretching of the beam bottom longitudinal steel bars into the joint core area for anchoring to achieve load transmission, and the problems that the steel bars in the joint core area are dense, installation and construction are difficult, and joint quality is not easy to guarantee can be effectively solved.
本发明提供的一种干连接框架节点构造及其施工方法,包括预制柱,下端预埋有灌浆套筒,上端穿出有柱纵筋;相邻两预制柱之间,一预制柱下端套设在另一预制柱的灌浆套筒内;预制柱的两侧均设置有预留钢筋孔道,预留钢筋孔道内固定连接有梁顶纵向钢筋;以及预制梁,内部整段开设有U形槽,上部留有一定厚度的叠合层;预制梁搁置在预制柱的梁托上,梁顶纵向钢筋伸入U形槽内,将U形槽、叠合层以及梁顶纵向钢筋一起现浇混凝土与预制柱形成整体。本发明通过梁底纵向钢筋不伸出梁端,与附加钢筋通过间接搭接传力来代替梁底纵向钢筋直接伸入节点核心区锚固来实现荷载传递,可以有效解决节点核心区钢筋密集、安装施工困难、节点质量不易得到保证的问题。
