Ultrahigh ceiling construction platform and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an ultrahigh ceiling construction platform and a construction method thereof. Comprising a transverse supporting beam arranged on a structural slab to be constructed, and further comprises a longitudinal track, a first walking mechanism, a transverse track, a second walking mechanism and a lifting hanging basket, the longitudinal track is arranged on the transverse supporting beam, the transverse track walks on the longitudinal track through the first walking mechanism, and the second walking mechanism walks on the transverse track through the second walking mechanism. At least one end of the transverse rail is movably connected with the first walking mechanism, and the hanging basket walks on the transverse rail through the second walking mechanism. Through the arrangement of the longitudinal rail, the transverse rail and the lifting hanging basket, movement in the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction can be achieved, the overall adaptability of the construction platform is improved, and meanwhile the advantages of being short in installation time consumption, small in material consumption, safe and the like are achieved; and the transverse track is movably connected with the first walking mechanism, and can be suitable for being used in a curve or an irregular construction site.
