The invention provides a device for separating concrete of different grades at beam-column joints. A cavity is formed in the air inflation partition plate, cavity baffles capable of moving left and right are arranged on the two sides of the cavity, and air inflation partition rods which are regularly arranged are densely distributed on the two sides of the air inflation partition plate; the standard partition plates are distributed on the two sides of the inflation partition plate. Standard separation rods which are regularly arranged are densely distributed on the two side parts of the standard separation plate; the two side partition plates are respectively arranged on the two outer sides of the standard partition plate; and regularly arranged side separation rods are densely distributed on the inner side parts of the side separation plates. The problems of high-low grade concrete pouring and forming quality of the beam-column joint can be efficiently solved, the installation and construction difficulty of the separation device before pouring is reduced, and the disassembly convenience after concrete pouring is improved.
本发明提供一种梁柱节点不同标号混凝土分隔装置，包括：充气隔板；所述充气隔板的内部设置有空腔，所述空腔的两侧部均设置有可左右移动的空腔挡板，所述充气隔板的两侧部均密布有排列规则的充气分隔棒；若干标准隔板，分布于所述充气隔板的两侧方；所述标准隔板的两侧部均密布有排列规则的标准分隔棒；两个侧隔板，分别置于所述标准隔板的两外侧方；所述侧隔板的内侧部密布有排列规则的侧分隔棒。本发明能够高效解决梁柱节点高低标号混凝土浇筑及成型质量问题，降低浇筑前分隔装置安装施工难度，提高混凝土浇筑后拆卸便捷性。
