The invention aims to solve the technical problems of low flexural and compressive strength, high brittleness and limited plate size of the existing ultrathin stone. The method comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly stirring the water reducing agent, the waterproof agent and water to obtain a mixed solution; putting the silica sand, the solid waste aggregate and the polypropylene fiber into a stirrer, uniformly stirring, adding the mixed solution, the cement, the metakaolin and the emulsion, and stirring to obtain a uniform mixture; 2, performing compression molding to obtain a rough board; 3, curing; and fourthly, the rough board is demolded, then secondary maintenance is conducted, and then grinding and polishing are conducted. The ultrathin inorganic artificial stone prepared by the invention not only can reduce the stone decoration cost, but also can be directly adhered to a wallboard or the ground by using a neutral structural adhesive, so that the decoration time is saved, and the phenomena of pollution, water spots, white bloom and the like caused by cement efflorescence of stone decoration and decoration surfaces can be avoided. 一种5mm超薄无机人造石的制备方法,本发明涉及人造石的制备方法。本发明是要解决目前超薄石材抗折抗压强度低,脆性大,板材尺寸受限的技术问题。方法:一、将减水剂、防水剂和水搅拌均匀获得混合溶液;将硅砂、固废骨料和聚丙烯纤维投入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,加入混合溶液、水泥、偏高岭土和乳液进行搅拌,得到均匀混合料;二、压制成型,获得毛板;三、养护;四、毛板脱模,然后进行二次养护,再进行打磨抛光。本发明制备的超薄无机人造石不仅可以降低石材装饰成本,而且可以直接使用中性结构胶粘贴在墙板上或者地面上,节约了装修时间还能避免了石材装修、装饰面因水泥泛碱带来的污染和水斑、白华等现象的发生。本发明用于制备超薄无机人造石。
