High-strength superfine basalt cement grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of grouting material preparation, and particularly discloses a high-strength superfine basalt cement grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength superfine basalt cement grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 300-500 parts of superfine cement; 300 to 400 parts of superfine basalt powder; 100 to 200 parts of carbon fiber; 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent; 5-10 parts of an expanding agent; 1-2 parts of an early strength agent; and 100 to 200 parts of water. The superfine basalt powder and the carbon fibers are simultaneously added into the cement grouting material, so that the 28d compressive strength of the cement grouting material is greater than 100MPa, and the 28d breaking strength is greater than 30MPa; and the strength is higher.
