The invention discloses a machine-made sand concrete design method capable of reducing fluidity gradual loss. The machine-made sand concrete design method comprises the following steps: providing a first base material, compensation water and a superabsorbent polymer of concrete; based on the 5min expansion degree of the mortar mixture prepared from the first base material and the experience water absorption capacity of the superabsorbent polymer, determining the estimated water absorption capacity of the superabsorbent polymer through a first test; based on the estimated water absorption capacity and the 1h expansion degree of a second base material for equivalently replacing the machine-made sand with natural sand, the use amount of compensation water is determined through a second test; determining the addition amount of the superabsorbent polymer in the first base material based on the use amount of the compensation water and the estimated water absorption capacity of the superabsorbent polymer; based on the adding amount of the super-absorbent polymer and the using amount of the compensation water, the preset mass ratio is adjusted to obtain the design ratio of the machine-made sand concrete. The invention solves the problem of high concrete fluidity loss due to water absorption of machine-made sand in concrete.
