Constructing a carbon roasting experiment data set; on the basis of the carbon roasting experiment data set, constructing an optimization model of cathode carbon block key indexes, a batching scheme and process parameters; solving the optimization model to obtain a batching scheme and process parameters corresponding to the optimal key index; and a roasting mechanism is ascertained according to microscopic detection, and a roasting temperature rise curve is adjusted in combination with macroscopic simulation. And the quality of the cathode carbon block is improved, and the preparation cost is reduced.
