According to the solid-phase sintering preparation method of the high-performance silicon carbide product, a dry-process liquid nitrogen high-energy stirring ball mill is adopted to replace a traditional roller ball mill, the ball milling time is shortened to 6 hours from original 48 hours, the efficiency is improved, and the use of a solvent is reduced; the dispersion alloying combination of the inorganic carbon source, the boron sintering aid and the silicon carbide is added, the sintering aid and the silicon carbide powder are dispersed more tightly and uniformly, and are not in contact with air or oxygen in the process, so that the performance and the qualified rate of subsequent products are greatly improved; the inorganic nano carbon black is adopted to replace phenolic resin, so that the problem of harmful tail gas in the subsequent debonding process is solved; a centrifugal spray drying process is canceled, and the material subjected to dry ball milling can be directly used for pugging, so that spray granulation equipment is saved, the equipment investment is reduced, and the energy consumption and the technological process are reduced.
本发明公开了一种高性能碳化硅制品的固相烧结制备方法,采用干法液氮高能搅拌球磨机代替传统的滚筒球磨机,球磨时间从原来的48小时降低到6小时,提高了效率,减少了溶剂的使用,增加了无机碳源及硼系助烧剂和碳化硅的弥散合金化结合,烧结助剂与碳化硅粉弥散的更紧密,更均匀,过程中与空气或氧无接触,使得后续产品性能和合格率大幅度提升;采用无机纳米炭黑代替酚醛树脂,解决了后续脱粘过程中有害尾气问题;取消了离心喷雾干燥工艺,干法球磨后的物料可以直接用于练泥,节省了喷雾造粒设备,降低了设备投资,减小了能耗及工艺过程。
