A method for repairing rivers and lakes polluted by breeding sediments comprises the following steps: extracting and detecting bottom sediments; blending bacteria grains; most sediments are dredged; using a throwing device to throw fungus granules; detecting again, and if the detection is not qualified, repeating the step 2 and the step 4; the throwing device comprises a frame installed on the side face of the ship body; the feeding mechanism comprises a material frame installed in the frame, a plurality of feeding pipes are arranged on the bottom face of the material frame, a plurality of rows of flow dividing pipes are arranged at the lower ends of the feeding pipes, the heights of the lower ends are sequentially increased, and the flow dividing pipes are provided with a plurality of discharging openings; the feeding mechanism comprises a supporting frame arranged in the material frame, a plurality of spiral feeding rods are installed on the supporting frame, the lower ends of the spiral feeding rods are located in the feeding pipe, and a through air channel is formed in the supporting frame; the fourth step further comprises the steps that a feeding pipe is installed and connected with a material frame; the spiral feeding rod enters the feeding pipe; and the spiral feeding rod rotates, gas is introduced into the gas channel, and the fungus granules are discharged from the discharge port. And bacteria particles, a reducing agent and the like can be put into water more uniformly, so that the treatment effect is ensured.
