The invention provides a portable piling device which is characterized in that a base is arranged on the ground, an avoiding hole is formed in the base and used for allowing a pile column to penetrate through, a lifting frame is detachably arranged on the base, a connecting mechanism is arranged between the lifting frame and the base, and the lifting frame is rotatably arranged, so that the lifting frame has a first vertically-arranged state and a second horizontally-arranged state; the fixing part is slidably arranged on the lifting frame, a limiting groove is formed in the fixing part and is cylindrical, when the lifting frame is in a first state, the limiting groove and the receding hole are coaxially arranged, a limiting mechanism is arranged in the limiting groove, one end of the pile is inserted into the limiting groove, and the limiting mechanism is used for coaxially fixing the pile and the limiting groove; the fixing part can slide relative to the lifting frame, and the hammering part is arranged above the fixing part. According to the portable piling device, all the components are detachably arranged, so that the portable piling device can be conveniently transported into a construction area, and then the difficulty of piling construction in a narrow space is reduced.
