The invention relates to the technical field of ocean platforms, in particular to a pile washing jetting device which comprises a mounting seat, a valve seat and a valve rod assembly, an assembly hole is formed in the mounting seat, one end of the assembly hole communicates with a pile washing pipeline, and a sealing opening is formed in the assembly hole. The valve seat is arranged in the assembly hole, a guide groove and a center through hole are formed in the valve seat, the guide groove is formed towards the sealing opening, and the valve seat is located on the side, away from the pile washing-out pipeline, of the sealing opening. The valve rod assembly comprises a valve rod, an elastic piece, a first sealing piece and a second sealing piece, the valve rod movably penetrates through the center through hole, the first sealing piece is connected to one end of the valve rod and movably arranged in the guide groove, the valve rod is sleeved with the elastic piece, one end of the elastic piece abuts against the first sealing piece, and the other end of the elastic piece abuts against the groove bottom of the guide groove. The first sealing piece is pushed to block the sealing opening, and the second sealing piece seals a port in the other end of the assembling hole. The invention further provides an assembling method which is applied to the pile washing jetting device.
