The invention further discloses a construction method of the foundation pit emergency rescue device. The supporting frame is arranged on the top beam, and the bearing frame is installed on the supporting frame. The bearing frame is filled with the soil body with the corresponding size and weight, so that the bearing frame transmits the bending moment towards the outside of the foundation pit to the supporting pile through the supporting frame to reduce the excavation depth, and the bending moment towards the outside of the foundation pit generated by the supporting frame to the supporting pile can be adjusted by adjusting the weight of the soil body filled in the bearing frame; therefore, the anti-pressure capability of the support pile is improved.
