The invention discloses a waterproof and anti-crack type cement stirring wall, a leaking stoppage device and a using method thereof. The waterproof and anti-crack type cement stirring wall comprises a reinforcing net, a drilling barrel, a grouting pipe and a dense-mesh net. The two sides of the reinforcing net are arranged in the middles of the opposite inner sides of the two pieces of profile steel correspondingly, so that the reinforcing net is vertically located in the middle of the cement stirring wall, the reinforcing net is hollow, and grouting holes are formed in the top of the reinforcing net; a drill bit is detachably arranged at the front end of the drill cylinder and used for drilling through a cement stirring wall and a reinforcing net. The grouting pipe can be inserted into the drilling cylinder, the front end of the grouting pipe is detachably connected with the drill bit, and the grouting pipe can drive the drill bit to be detached from the drilling cylinder. The dense-mesh screen is installed on the outer wall of the front end of the grouting pipe through a plurality of rotatable supporting rods, the dense-mesh screen can extend out of the drilling barrel along with the grouting pipe, and the dense-mesh screen is opened to the angle perpendicular to the outer wall of the drilling barrel through the supporting rods. The problem of water seepage of a supporting area is solved, two blocking barriers are formed, construction is convenient and fast, the construction period and cost are reduced, and the construction quality is improved.
