The invention discloses a pile testing method for determining the displacement rate of a compacted gravel pile through the porosity ratio. According to the pile testing scheme, the minimum displacement rate of the pile is rechecked through the change of the porosity ratio before and after pile testing of soil between piles; the stress state of the soil between the piles is simulated, consolidation test on the soil between the piles under the same condition is achieved, the consolidation degree of the soil between the piles is mastered through void ratio test, and therefore the replacement rate of the compacted gravel piles is effectively determined before formal construction of the pile foundation. According to the method, the displacement rate of the compacted gravel pile can be accurately determined before formal construction of the pile foundation.
