The invention discloses a novel post-earthquake damage-free multi-stage energy consumption self-resetting wood frame shear wall which comprises an orthogonal laminated wood shear wall body connected to a concrete foundation through shape memory alloy bolts. The two sides of the orthogonal laminated wood shear wall are each connected with a wood frame column through a shape memory alloy bolt, a wood frame combined cross beam is connected between the tops of the two wood frame columns, and a set of S-shaped metal energy dissipation dampers are arranged between the wood frame combined cross beam and the orthogonal laminated wood shear wall. And a group of rigid polyurethane foam buffer blocks is arranged between each of the two sides of the cross-laminated wood shear wall and the wood frame column. Damping and energy dissipation are carried out by means of mild steel, shape memory alloy, springs, rigid polyurethane foam and the like, and then self-resetting of the structure is achieved by means of retraction of components and stored earthquake energy.
