Waterproof roll paving device
The waterproof coiled material paving and pasting device comprises a base, a vertical plate arranged on the base, a transverse plate arranged in the middle of the side face of the vertical plate, an air pump arranged on the transverse plate, a heating box, an air collecting hood arranged at the bottom of the transverse plate, a pressing roller assembly and a charging mechanism, and the charging mechanism is used for loading waterproof coiled materials to be paved and pasted; the air pump is used for adsorbing external air and transmitting the adsorbed air to the heating box; the heating box is used for heating air conveyed by the air pump and conveying hot air formed by heating to the air collecting hood through the air pump; the gas collecting hood is used for blowing the hot air to the compression roller assembly; and the pressing roller assembly is used for laying the waterproof coiled material to be laid on the charging mechanism under the action of the hot air. By means of the waterproof roll, the problems that an existing waterproof roll is complex in paving mode, poor in effect and the like can be solved.
本发明提供的防水卷材铺贴装置，包括底座、设置在所述底座上的立板、设置在所述立板侧面中部的横板、设置在所述横板上的气泵、加热箱、设置在所述横板底部的集气罩、压辊组件，以及装料机构，所述装料机构，用于装载待铺贴的防水卷材；所述气泵，用于吸附外部空气并将吸附的空气传输至所述加热箱；所述加热箱，用于对所述气泵传输的空气进行加热，并将加热形成的热空气通过所述气泵传输至所述集气罩；所述集气罩，用于将所述热空气吹向所述压辊组件；所述压辊组件，用于在所述热空气的作用下对所述装料机构上的待铺贴的防水卷材进行铺设。利用本发明，能够解决现有的防水卷材的铺贴方式复杂并且效果差等问题。
