The invention relates to a scaffold adjusting device. The device comprises a sensing module which is arranged on a scaffold and used for collecting the current inclination angle of the scaffold; the stabilizer is arranged below a supporting leg of the scaffold and used for adjusting the current height of the supporting leg; the processing module is respectively connected with the sensing module and the stabilizer; the processing module determines the target height of the supporting leg based on the current inclination angle and the current height; outputting an adjusting instruction to the stabilizer according to the target height; the adjusting instruction is used for indicating the stabilizer to adjust the current height to the target height. By adopting the device, the adjusting precision of the scaffold can be improved, and the stability and safety of the scaffold are improved.
