The novel constructional column pouring device is installed, concrete is poured into the material guide pipe from the hole on the upper floor, the concrete enters the constructional column formwork along the material guide pipe and fills the constructional column formwork, and the concrete is higher than the top of the constructional column in the material guide pipe.
