The present invention relates to an inside handle device comprising: a handle housing; and a handle bar rotatably supported by the handle housing, in which the handle bar is inserted into the handle housing along a rotational axis of the handle bar with respect to the handle housing, the handle housing including a housing body and an anti-drop member, and an anti-drop member restricting movement of the handle bar in a direction along the rotation axis to prevent the handle bar from dropping from the housing body, and the anti-drop member is coupled to the housing body and configured to be switchable between an extended position and an attached position in which the anti-drop member prevents the handle bar from dropping from the housing body.
