The invention discloses an overlapped linkage door and a control method thereof.The overlapped linkage door comprises a suspension frame and a plurality of door leaves movably arranged on the suspension frame in a staggered and overlapped mode, the door leaves form a linkage door body, and the overlapped linkage door is characterized in that the positions, corresponding to the door leaves, of the suspension frame are provided with a plurality of magnetic suspension outer rails side by side; a magnetic suspension movable rail assembly is movably arranged on the magnetic suspension outer rail and transversely moves along the magnetic suspension outer rail, the door leaf is arranged on the magnetic suspension movable rail assembly, and a permanent magnet set is arranged on the magnetic suspension movable rail assembly. A plurality of linear driving motors are continuously arranged at the positions, corresponding to the positions over the permanent magnet sets, of the magnetic suspension outer rail in the transverse movement direction, the magnetic suspension movable rail assembly is driven by the linear driving motors to achieve continuous and synchronous transverse movement, and the displacement amount of the door leaf located on the inner side is larger than that of the door leaf located on the outer side. The linear driving motor is used for driving the multiple door leaves to move synchronously, and rapid opening and closing of the overlapping linkage door can be achieved.
