The invention relates to the technical field of maintenance devices, and discloses an intelligent concrete monitoring and maintenance device for electric power infrastructure engineering, which comprises a base, two groups of side maintenance devices are arranged on the side wall of the base, up-down adjusting devices are arranged on the side maintenance devices, and a top maintenance device is arranged between the two groups of up-down adjusting devices. A water storage tank and a high-pressure water pump are fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the base. By designing the side face maintenance device and the top maintenance device, during use, a first threaded rod rotates to drive a connecting plate and a blocking block to move upwards so as to conduct a first atomization spray head, and a high-pressure water pump can input liquid in a water storage tank into a supporting arm and a rectangular pipe through a connecting pipe, a three-way pipe and a connecting hose correspondingly; and then the liquid is sprayed to the surface of the concrete through the first atomization spray head and the second atomization spray head so as to maintain the concrete, the spraying uniformity of the liquid is improved, and then the quality of the concrete after maintenance is improved.
本发明涉及养护装置技术领域,且公开了一种电力基建工程用混凝土智能监测养护装置,包括底座,底座侧壁设置有两组侧面养护装置,侧面养护装置上设置有上下调节装置,两组上下调节装置之间设置有顶部养护装置,底座上表面固定安装有蓄水箱和高压水泵。本发明通过设计侧面养护装置和顶部养护装置,使用时,第一螺纹杆转动可带动连接板和堵塞块上移,以导通第一雾化喷头,高压水泵可将蓄水箱内部液体通过连接管、三通管和连接软管分别输入支撑臂和矩形管内部,再由第一雾化喷头和第二雾化喷头喷洒至混凝土表面,以对混凝土进行养护,提高液体喷洒的均匀性,进而提高混凝土养护后的质量。
