Rapid design method for supporting-free replacement and reinforcement of shear wall
The invention discloses a rapid design method for supporting-free replacement and reinforcement of a shear wall, and belongs to the field of concrete construction reinforcement design. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) detecting the concrete strength of a shear wall to be replaced; (2) the pressure N0 borne by the shear wall to be replaced and the pressure N1 borne by the shear wall in the using stage are obtained; (3) selecting a high-strength replacement material; (4) three-batch replacement is carried out in the sequence from the middle to the two ends, and the maximum value umax1 of the axial pressure ratio in the replacement stage and the maximum value umax2 of the axial pressure ratio in the use stage of the shear wall after replacement are calculated; (5) adopting the design scheme if umax1 is less than 0.7 and the maximum value umax2 of the axial compression ratio in the use stage does not exceed the limit value requirement of the Building Aseismic Design Specification; otherwise, adjusting the wall body sections and recalculating until the requirements are met. Compared with the prior art adopting large finite element software for modeling analysis, the method provided by the invention can more conveniently, quickly and accurately carry out the support-free replacement reinforcement design of the shear wall, and the design efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种剪力墙无支撑置换加固快速设计方法,属于混凝土施工加固设计领域。该方法具体如下:(1)检测待置换剪力墙混凝土强度;(2)获得待置换剪力墙所受压力N0以及使用阶段剪力墙承受压力N1;(3)选择高强度的置换材料;(4)采用先中间后两端的顺序进行三批次置换,计算置换阶段轴压比最大值umax1以及置换后剪力墙使用阶段轴压比最大值umax2;(5)若umax1<0.7,且使用阶段轴压比最大值umax2不超过《建筑抗震设计规范》限值要求,则采用该设计方案;否则调整墙体分段重新计算,直至满足要求。相较于现有技术采用大型有限元软件建模分析,本发明提供的方法能够更方便、快速、准确地进行剪力墙无支撑置换加固设计,提高设计效率。
