The invention discloses a method for preparing micron-sized anhydrous calcium sulfate by utilizing an acid-salt mixed system, which is used for preparing the anhydrous calcium sulfate by taking industrial byproduct gypsum as a raw material and a mixed solution system of sulfuric acid and sulfate as a reactant. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the sulfuric acid and sulfate mixed solution system is used as a reaction reagent to prepare the anhydrous calcium sulfate, and the method has the characteristics of lower reaction temperature, less acid consumption, shorter reaction time, lower cost, micron-sized prepared anhydrous calcium sulfate crystal and controllable crystallization process.
