The invention provides a concrete quick-drying granulating agent with hydration and hardening regulation and control functions, so that water-free cleaning and quick-drying granulation of waste plastic concrete are realized, and high-quality resource utilization of unhydrated cement particles is realized by regulating and controlling hydration, condensation and hardening of the unhydrated cement particles in the concrete. The concrete quick-drying granulating agent is mainly prepared from a water absorption component, a thickening component and a delayed coagulation component in proportion, the water absorption component is prepared by crushing, drying, mixing and ball-milling waste aerated concrete and mine acid wastewater neutralization sediment, and then further calcining and processing; the thickening component is formed by mixing cellulose ether and polyacrylamide, and the retarding component is cane sugar or a mixture of cane sugar and zinc hydroxide. The quick-drying granulating agent disclosed by the invention is beneficial to relieving the pressure of washing and recycling the waste concrete, and meanwhile, unhydrated cement particles in the waste concrete can be fully utilized, so that carbon emission is reduced.
本发明提供了一种具有水化硬化调控功能的混凝土速干粒化剂,以实现废弃塑性混凝土的无水清理与速干粒化,并通过调控其中未水化水泥颗粒的水化凝结与硬化,实现其中未水化水泥颗粒的高质量资源化利用,本发明混凝土速干粒化剂主要由吸水组分、增稠组分、缓凝组分按比例制备而成,其中吸水组分由废弃加气混凝土、矿山酸性废水中和沉渣经破碎、烘干、混合球磨后,再进一步进行煅烧处理后加工而成,增稠组分由纤维素醚和聚丙烯酰胺混合而成,缓凝组分为蔗糖或蔗糖与氢氧化锌的混合物。本发明速干粒化剂有助减轻废弃混凝土洗刷回收处理的压力,同时可充分利用废弃混凝土中的未水化水泥颗粒,减少碳排放。
