The high-strength basalt stone powder concrete material is prepared from a cementing material, aggregate, an additive and mixing water, wherein the cementing material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 40-50% of cement and 45-65% of a high-strength basalt powder material; wherein the aggregate is composed of fine aggregate quartz sand with the fineness modulus of 2.5-3.0 and micro aggregate quartz powder with the particle size of 300-400 meshes; wherein the additive is a high-efficiency water reducing agent, the dosage of the additive is 2-3% of the mass percent of the cementing material, and the water reducing efficiency is 30% or above; the water-binder ratio is 0.14 to 0.18. The high-strength basalt powder material is prepared by taking the basalt micro powder, the white corundum micro powder and the metakaolin micro powder as main raw materials, a large amount of natural basalt and metakaolin can be utilized, and concrete meeting corresponding standard requirements can be prepared by matching with other aggregates under the action of an additive (a high-efficiency water reducing agent).
