The invention provides a novel C1808 gelled sand gravel building material composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composition comprises the following components: cement, fly ash, an aggregate A, an aggregate B, water and a special admixture for gelatinized sand and gravel, the cement, the fly ash, the aggregate A, the aggregate B and the water are weighed according to the component proportion, mixed and stirred uniformly, then the special admixture for gelatinized sand and gravel is added, and mixed and stirred uniformly, and the composition is obtained. The prepared product breaks through the lithology, the structure, the physical performance and the like of the gelled sand gravel aggregate, the selection and use range of the gelled sand gravel aggregate is expanded, the mix proportion of different aggregates is provided, the structure and stress characteristics of a dam are combined, and the product is successfully applied to all partition parts of the dam body; and a precedent of using extremely-thin-layer and thin-layer thousand-piece-shaped sericite slate as concrete aggregate is created.
