Method for preparing high-strength and high-permeability concrete from hexagonal boron nitride and basalt fiber
The invention relates to a method for preparing high-strength and high-pervious concrete by using hexagonal boron nitride and basalt fiber. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the following raw materials according to the components and mass ratio: 0.25-0.37 kg/m < 3 > of hexagonal boron nitride, 2.28-6.84 kg/m < 3 > of basalt fiber, 335.2-365.6 kg/m < 3 > of cementing material, 1375.9-1681.7 kg/m < 3 > of coarse aggregate, 74.3-88.6 kg/m < 3 > of fine aggregate, 2.76-3.34 kg/m < 3 > of water reducing agent and 95.76-104.88 kg/m < 3 > of water; (2) adding the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate and 10% of water into a stirrer, pre-stirring for 30-40 seconds, then adding the cementing material, stirring for 60-70 seconds, and adding basalt fibers in the stirring process; and (3) finally, adding the rest 90% of water, the water reducing agent and the hexagonal boron nitride dispersion liquid into a stirrer, and stirring for 90-120 seconds to obtain the high-strength and high-pervious concrete. According to the invention, the viscosity of the cementing material can be enhanced, the permeability coefficient and porosity of the concrete can be improved, and the compressive strength and breaking strength of the concrete can also be improved, so that the prepared concrete simultaneously meets the requirements of water permeability and mechanical properties.
一种利用六方氮化硼和玄武岩纤维制备高强高透水混凝土的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)按组分以及质量配合比称取所述原料:六方氮化硼0.25~0.37kg/m3,玄武岩纤维2.28~6.84kg/m3,胶凝材料335.2~365.6kg/m3,粗骨料1375.9~1681.7kg/m3,细骨料74.3~88.6kg/m3,减水剂2.76~3.34kg/m3,水95.76~104.88kg/m3;(2)将粗骨料、细骨料和10%的水加入到搅拌机中进行预拌30~40s,然后将胶凝材料加入一起搅拌60~70s,在搅拌过程中加入玄武岩纤维;(3)最后将剩下的90%的水、减水剂以及六方氮化硼分散液加入搅拌机搅拌90~120s即可制备得到所述的高强高透水混凝土。采用本发明不仅能够增强胶凝材料的黏度,提高混凝土的透水系数和孔隙率,而且还能够提升混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度,使制备的混凝土同时满足透水性能和力学性能的要求。
