The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a phosphogypsum-containing solid waste cementing material reinforced by sulphoaluminate cement and nano-silica and a preparation method thereof.The phosphogypsum-containing solid waste cementing material is prepared from 50-70 parts of slag, 5-15 parts of steel slag, 5-10 parts of fly ash, 5-20 parts of phosphogypsum, 5-15 parts of Portland cement, 1-5 parts of sulphoaluminate cement and 0.5-5 parts of nano-silica. Most of the used raw materials are bulk industrial solid wastes discharged from industrial production, the solid wastes can be consumed on a large scale to form a solid waste cementing material which can be applied to building materials, and the raw materials are relatively large in stock and relatively low in price at present and have relatively good economic and social benefits. The solid waste cementing material disclosed by the invention is relatively excellent in safety and mechanical property, stable in long-term mechanical property development and good in volume stability, the problem of stability of phosphogypsum in solid waste use is solved, and the early mechanical property of the solid waste cementing material is also enhanced; and a good experimental basis is provided for applying the solid waste cementing material as a common cementing material to engineering construction.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体的说是一种以硫铝酸盐水泥和纳米二氧化硅强化的含磷石膏固废胶凝材料及其制备方法,包括矿渣50‑70份、钢渣5‑15份、粉煤灰5‑10份、磷石膏5‑20份、硅酸盐水泥5‑15份、硫铝酸盐水泥1‑5份、纳米二氧化硅0.5‑5份,本发明使用的原材料大多为工业生产排出的大宗工业固废,可以大规模消纳固废形成可应用于建筑材料的固废胶凝材料,原料目前存量较大,价格较为低廉,具有较好的经济和社会效益。本发明的固废胶凝材料安全性和力学性能较为优异,长期力学性能稳定发展、体积稳定性好,即解决磷石膏在固废使用安定性稳定问题,也增强了固废胶凝材料早期力学性能,为固废胶凝材料作为普通胶凝材料应用到工程建设中提供良好的实验基础。
