The invention discloses a magnesia-calcium brick for a free area of an AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization) furnace and a method for producing the magnesia-calcium brick by using waste magnesia-calcium bricks, and relates to the technical field of magnesia-calcium bricks, the magnesia-calcium brick comprises the following raw materials by weight: 60-80 parts of waste magnesia-calcium bricks with a particle size of 6-0mm; 20-40 parts of magnesium-calcium fine powder with the particle size of 200 meshes; and 2-4 parts of a binding agent. The magnesium-calcium fine powder ground from high-purity, high-MgO-content and high-volume-density magnesium-calcium sand is introduced into the AOD furnace free-area magnesium-calcium brick matrix, so that the problem of poor erosion resistance of the magnesium-calcium brick caused by addition of a reclaimed material is solved, the waste magnesium-calcium brick is fully recycled, and the magnesium-calcium brick can be recycled and reused under the condition of meeting the use requirement of an AOD refining furnace on a refractory material. The production cost of enterprises is effectively reduced.
本发明公开一种利用废镁钙砖生产AOD炉自由区用的镁钙砖及其方法,涉及镁钙砖技术领域,包括如下重量份的原料:60~80份粒度为6‑0mm的废镁钙砖;20~40份粒度为200目的镁钙细粉;2~4份的结合剂。本发明通过在AOD炉自由区镁钙砖基质中引入高纯、高MgO含量、高体密镁钙砂所磨制的镁钙细粉,减少因再生料加入导致镁钙砖的抗侵蚀性差问题,不仅实现了废镁钙砖的充分再生利用,而且在满足AOD精炼炉对耐火材料使用要求的条件下,有效降低企业生产成本。
