Production method of low-temperature fast-firing energy-saving and consumption-reducing glazed tile and glazed tile thereof
The invention provides a production method of a low-temperature fast-fired energy-saving and consumption-reducing glazed tile and the glazed tile. The production method comprises the following steps: step S1, preparing a raw material formula into a ceramic body ingredient; s2, firing the ceramic body ingredients according to a preset firing method to obtain a molded blank of the glazed tile; and S3, polishing the glazed molded blank by adopting a flexible soft polishing mode to obtain a low-temperature fast-firing energy-saving and consumption-reducing glazed tile finished product. By changing the formula of the ceramic body, adopting a low-aluminum high-silicon system and changing the firing system, the firing period is shortened by 30-35 minutes, and the purpose of low-temperature fast firing of the glazed tile is achieved. Meanwhile, the energy consumption is effectively reduced, and the cost is saved.
本发明提供了一种低温快烧节能降耗釉面砖的生产方法及其釉面砖,生产方法包括以下步骤:步骤S1、将原料配方制成陶瓷坯体配料;步骤S2、将所述陶瓷坯体配料按照预设的烧成方法烧成,得到釉面砖的成型料坯;步骤S3、采用柔性软抛光方式,对施釉后的所述成型料坯进行抛光,得到低温快烧节能降耗釉面砖成品。本发明通过改变陶瓷坯体配方,采用低铝高硅系统,同时改变烧成制度,使烧成周期缩短30‑35min,实现釉面砖低温快烧的目的。同时,有效的降低能耗,节约成本。
