The invention discloses a preparation method of high-purity low-calcium calcium silicate, which comprises the following steps: adding water into calcium hydroxide and silicon dioxide, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; drying the mixture, then adding ethanol, uniformly mixing, carrying out compression molding to prepare a first green body, then carrying out first calcination treatment on the first green body, and cooling to obtain an intermediate product; removing the vitreous body from the intermediate product, crushing, grinding into powder, adding ethanol into the powder, uniformly mixing, carrying out compression molding to prepare a second green body, carrying out second calcining treatment on the second green body, and cooling to obtain the high-purity low-calcium calcium silicate. According to the method, the existing calcium silicate sintering process is improved, and the method is highly compatible with the existing preparation process and high in repeatability. The purity of the prepared low-calcium calcium silicate is obviously improved, interference on carbonization of the low-calcium calcium silicate in the carbonization process is obviously reduced, and a basis is provided for research on the carbonization performance of C3S2 and alpha-CS.
