Fabricated steel-concrete composite beam and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a fabricated steel-concrete composite beam and a construction method thereof. An existing assembly type steel-concrete composite beam structure is difficult to meet the use requirement of a large-span mixed type bridge. The cross section of the fabricated steel-concrete composite beam is in a P shape, and the fabricated steel-concrete composite beam comprises a steel beam section, a steel-concrete composite section and a concrete section which are sequentially connected in the longitudinal direction; transverse prestressed steel strands are distributed in the steel-concrete combined section and the concrete section, and the ends of the prestressed steel strands are anchored in the steel beam section. Factory prefabrication and prefabricated construction are adopted, the requirement for quality control is met, the influence of factors such as the environment on the beam section quality is reduced, and the construction progress is accelerated; and the good stress performance of the steel-concrete combined section and the convenience of assembly type construction are integrated, the large-span mixed type bridge construction method is suitable for large-span mixed type bridge construction, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种装配式钢混结合梁及其施工方法。现有装配式钢混结合梁结构难以满足大跨径混合型桥梁的使用需求。本发明的装配式钢混结合梁的横截面呈P形,包括纵向依次连接的钢梁段、钢混结合段和混凝土段;所述钢混结合段和所述混凝土段内分布有横向的预应力钢绞线,所述预应力钢绞线的端部锚固在所述钢梁段内。本发明采用工厂预制和装配化施工,满足质量控制的要求,降低了环境等因素对梁段质量的影响,加快了施工进度;集合了钢混结合段良好受力性能和装配式施工的便利性,适合大跨度混合型桥梁建设,大幅缩短了施工工期,提升了施工质量。
