Rapid road cone collecting and placing machine
The invention discloses a road cone rapid take-up and pay-off machine which comprises a chain tensioning mechanism, a straightening mechanism arranged on the lower portion of the chain tensioning mechanism and a chain used for being connected with a plurality of road cones, and the chain tensioning mechanism comprises a guide frame, a first driving assembly arranged on the upper portion of the guide frame and a winding drum rotationally arranged on the first driving assembly. When the first driving assembly drives the winding drum to rotate to tighten the chain, the chain drags the road cone to be transversely placed on the guide face of the guide frame and ascend in the height direction of the guide frame, and when the first driving assembly drives the winding drum to rotate to loosen the chain, the straightening mechanism abuts against the tip end of the road cone descending to the ground. The chain is used for being matched with traction of the chain to straighten the road cones; the road cones can be recycled only by controlling the chain to be tightened through the chain tensioning mechanism, in this way, different from a traditional road cone collecting and placing machine which needs to grab and place the road cones one by one, the road cone collecting and placing steps are simplified, and then the road cone collecting and placing time can be saved.
