The invention provides a concrete structural joint full-joint-face water stop grouting structure system and a construction method. The concrete structural joint full-joint-face water stop grouting structure system comprises a water stop front end, one or more water stop connecting sections and a water stop tail end. The water stop front end, the water stop connecting section and the water stop tail end are all provided with slurry channels, each slurry channel comprises a slurry inlet channel and a slurry return channel which are arranged up and down, a passage is formed after connection, and the inlet end of the slurry inlet channel of the water stop front end and the outlet section of the slurry return channel are used for being connected with a slurry inlet pipe and a slurry return pipe respectively; and the water stop connecting section is provided with a grouting seam communicated with the full-seam surface of the structural seam for the slurry channel located below, so that full-seam surface grouting control is realized. According to the method, a grouting channel is reserved structurally while the good flexible water stopping effect of the upstream face of the structural joint is kept, so that two treatment modes are combined together, the treatment procedures of joint face treatment, groove cutting and cleaning and the like are omitted, two anti-seepage systems of face water stopping and grout water stopping can be achieved through one procedure, cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
