The invention discloses a transmission tower differential settlement adjusting support which comprises a concrete foundation, a height adjusting block and an angle adjusting seat are sequentially overlaid on the upper surface of the concrete foundation, one or more standard height cushion blocks are arranged between the height adjusting block and the angle adjusting seat, and a tower foot bottom plate is arranged above the angle adjusting seat. The edges of the height adjusting block, the angle adjusting seat and the tower foot bottom plate are fixedly connected with the concrete foundation through distributed foundation bolts and fixing nuts; the device can help to adjust the height and angle of an inclined iron tower foot after differential settlement of a power transmission line iron tower foundation occurs, so that the inclined iron tower is rectified and corrected; and meanwhile, internal force and additional bending moment of the tower can be released, deformation and damage of tower members are avoided, and therefore the safety and stability of the iron tower inclining due to sedimentation are improved.
