A plurality of rib columns are arranged on a foundation at equal intervals in the length direction of the retaining wall, each rib column is composed of a first connecting column and a second connecting column, and the cross section of each first connecting column and the cross section of each second connecting column are each in an I shape; the second connecting column is arranged on the foundation and extends in the direction of the soil filling side of the retaining wall. The first connecting column is vertically arranged on a flange plate of the second connecting column; the multiple prefabricated rib plates are stacked between every two adjacent first connecting columns, the two ends of each prefabricated rib plate are inserted into first grooves formed in every two adjacent first connecting columns correspondingly, and the prefabricated rib plates are detachably connected with the first connecting columns; according to the retaining wall structure, factory production, assembly construction and field dry type or partial dry type construction are adopted, and the retaining wall structure is convenient and fast to assemble and disassemble and can be repeatedly used; the construction period can be effectively shortened, environmental pollution is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the engineering cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种预制拼装悬臂式挡墙,若干个肋柱沿挡墙的长度方向等距设置在地基上,肋柱由第一连接柱与第二连接柱构成,第一连接柱与第二连接柱的横截面均为工字型;第二连接柱设在地基上,且第二连接柱往挡墙其填土侧的方向延伸;第一连接柱竖直设置在第二连接柱的翼缘板上;若干个预制肋板堆叠在相邻两个第一连接柱之间,预制肋板的两端分别插置在相邻两个第一连接柱设置的第一凹槽内,且预制肋板与第一连接柱可拆卸连接;本方案的挡墙结构采用工厂化生产、装配化施工,现场干式或者部分干式施工,安拆方便、快捷,可重复使用;能够有效缩短施工工期,减少环境污染,提高使用寿命,降低工程成本。
