The three-dimensional shock insulation support comprises a top baffle, a middle baffle, a bottom baffle, a belleville spring damper, a viscous fluid damper and a rubber shock insulation support, the top baffle, the middle baffle and the bottom baffle are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and a rubber shock insulation structure is arranged between the middle baffle and the bottom baffle; a guide sleeve is arranged in the center of the bottom face of the top baffle, a plurality of belleville spring dampers and a plurality of viscous fluid dampers are arranged between the top baffle and the middle baffle, and the viscous fluid dampers can work in stages. A plurality of belleville spring dampers are uniformly distributed at the periphery of the sleeve; the upper end and the lower end of each belleville spring damper are respectively connected with the top baffle and the middle baffle; the viscous fluid dampers are evenly distributed on the periphery of the sleeve, and the upper end and the lower end of each viscous fluid damper are hinged to the top baffle and the middle baffle respectively. The requirements of horizontal damping and vertical damping of the subway upper cover structure can be met at the same time, and good damping performance is achieved.
