The invention discloses a U-shaped steel concrete composite beam-column through type joint structure which comprises an upper steel pipe column, a lower steel pipe column and a connecting steel pipe column which are vertically arranged. The upper and lower ends of the connecting steel pipe column are fixedly connected with the upper steel pipe column and the lower steel pipe column respectively; a plurality of open grooves are formed in the connecting steel pipe column, the open grooves penetrate through the side wall of one side of the connecting steel pipe column, and the open grooves extend downwards from the top end of the connecting steel pipe column in the vertical direction. The through beam and at least one non-through beam are arranged in a crossed mode and then placed in the open groove of the connecting steel pipe column, and the through beam and the non-through beam are both U-shaped steel beams. A plurality of fixing components are arranged above the through beam, one end of the non-through beam is provided with an end plate, the end plate is fixedly connected with the non-through beam, and the non-through beam is inserted into the gap through the end plate to be connected with the through beam.
