Based on the design principle of'strong components and weak nodes', the safety and reliability of the main body structure are effectively improved through the sacrifice effect of the energy consumption connecting piece, the anti-seismic performance is achieved, the energy consumption connecting piece serves as a replaceable component, the structure maintainability is guaranteed, and the cost is effectively reduced.
本发明提出一种摇摆耗能预制装配式结构及其装配方法,包括预制混凝土柱、预制混凝土梁、预制混凝土墙和地基基础,其中,预制混凝土柱上部通过耗能连接件和与预制混凝土梁连接,中部处通过耗能连接件与预制混凝土墙相连接;预制混凝土梁置于预制混凝土墙上方并通过耗能连接件相连接;通过预先制备各构件以及对应的耗能连接件,将预制混凝土柱和预制混凝土墙分别通过对应的耗能连接件吊装于地基基础上后进行连接,再浇筑完成装配。本发明基于“强构件,弱节点”的设计原则,通过耗能连接件的牺牲作用,有效提高主体结构的安全性和可靠性,实现抗震性能,且本发明的耗能连接件作为可更换构件,保证结构可维护性,有效降低成本。
