The invention relates to a building block structure of a masonry infilled wall constructional column and a construction method, the building block structure comprises a building block A and a building block B. The building block A and the building block B are mutually buckled to form a building block single body, the building block single body is of a hollow structure, and the hollow structure is used for placing a constructional column reinforcement cage and pouring concrete. Through concrete pouring holes are formed in the two opposite faces of the building block single bodies, the face where the concrete pouring holes are located is a building connecting face when the two building block single bodies are built up and down, and the size of the concrete pouring holes is larger than the cross section size of a constructional column reinforcement cage. Compared with the prior art, the building block structure and the construction method have the beneficial effects that (1) the building block structure and the construction method can replace a traditional constructional column formwork installation process; and suspended operation and high-place operation of operating personnel are avoided, and the construction safety and the construction efficiency are greatly improved. (2) compared with a traditional construction process, the process is low in construction difficulty, and operators can conveniently conduct construction.
