An assembly type wall panel installation structure comprises a flush joint module, an external corner module installed at the external corner of the flush joint module and an internal corner module installed at the internal corner of the flush joint module which are connected, the flush joint module is composed of a plurality of wall panels which are sequentially connected in an inserted mode, and the external corner module comprises an external corner installation piece and an external corner cover plate which are connected. A clamping piece is formed at the external corner of the external corner mounting piece, and a buckling piece clamped with the clamping piece in a limiting manner is arranged on the external corner cover plate; the internal corner module comprises an internal corner mounting piece and an internal corner cover plate which are connected with each other, a connecting piece is formed at the internal corner of the internal corner mounting piece, and an inserting piece clamped with the connecting piece in a limiting manner is arranged on the internal corner cover plate; the external corner mounting piece and the internal corner mounting piece are both connected with the wall panel; compared with the prior art, the external corner module and the internal corner module are connected with the wall panel of the flush joint module, so that the overall structure is more compact and attached, all parts only need to be connected together in an inserted mode in the whole installation process, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and the installation efficiency of the wall panel is improved.
