The invention discloses an assemblable steel frame and an assembling method thereof, and relates to the field of steel frame assembly.The assemblable steel frame comprises a center block, and sleeves are installed on the upper end face and the lower end face of the center block, the front end face of the center block and one side face close to the front end face; the sleeves distributed on the front end face of the center block and one side face close to the front end face are fixedly connected with the center block, and touch assemblies are arranged between the two vertically-distributed sleeves and the center block. The steel pipes are limited in the sleeves, the situation that any steel pipe cannot slide in the sleeves can be guaranteed through buckling of the brake columns and the positioning holes, in other words, the hidden danger of sliding does not exist, and it is not needed that after a steel frame is built, crossed steel pipes need to be installed stably.
本发明公开了一种可组装钢架及其组装方法,涉及钢架组装领域,包括中心块,中心块的上下端面、以及中心块的前端面和靠近前端面的其中一侧面均安装有套筒,分布于中心块前端面和靠近前端面的其中一侧面的套筒与中心块为固定连接,且呈竖直分布两个套筒与中心块之间设有触动组件,本发明通过在中心块的四个方位均安装有套筒,并在限位机构、调节组件和拨动组件的作用下,将钢管限定在套筒的内部,通过制动柱与定位孔的扣接,能保证任何一根钢管均不会在套筒的内部发生滑动的情况,即不会存在滑动的隐患,便无需在钢架搭建完成后,还需安装交叉钢管稳固。
