The invention provides a construction method of a fabricated building integrated wallboard system, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The method comprises the following steps that (1) structural steel bars of columns are installed on a building foundation, and an integrated outer wall and an integrated inner wall are hoisted to enclose the structural steel bars; (2) mounting seams are reserved between the integrated outer walls, and heat preservation seams are blocked; (3) after the integrated outer walls are mutually spliced, a spliced heat preservation cavity is formed, an inserted heat preservation plate is inserted, and then external splicing seams of the integrated outer walls are blocked; fourthly, after the single-layer integrated outer wall and the single-layer integrated inner wall are assembled, a composite floor slab is installed; (5) structural steel bars of the beams are installed in the beam cavities of the integrated outer wall and the integrated inner wall; and (6) after installation is completed, cast-in-place concrete is poured. The fabricated building structure and the partition wall are installed and constructed at the same time, the integrated wall body and the structure body are installed and constructed at the same time, multiple on-site construction procedures are reduced and combined, and the construction time is shortened.
