The invention relates to a concrete pumping system and a construction method.The concrete pumping system comprises a concrete pumping hopper, a concrete pump pipe fixing system and a concrete pumping and pouring device, a folding cover plate is arranged on a screen on the top of the pumping hopper, and the hopper is covered with the cover plate in the pumping process; a multi-stage charging barrel is arranged at the bottom of the hopper for graded filtration and collection of concrete residues; the concrete pump pipe fixing system comprises multiple reinforcing combination modes such as ground reinforcing, floor reinforcing, corner reinforcing, wall penetrating reinforcing and plate penetrating reinforcing. The pumping pouring device adjusts stretching and retracting of a secondary cross arm through a rotating handle, movement of supporting legs is achieved, and the position of a rubber hose is controlled through a hydraulic telescopic rod. The stability of the pump pipe is improved, the impact effect of the pump pipe on a penetrating floor and a wall body is avoided, the large-amplitude swing of the rubber hose during high-pressure pumping is reduced, the concrete distribution accuracy is improved, residues are collected in a graded mode through the multiple stages of charging barrels, material reutilization is achieved, and good economic and technical benefits are achieved.
